Smile Club Membership — care without insurance
No dental insurance? Don't worry. The Smile Club Membership is an in-house plan for individuals and families, providing comprehensive preventative and periodontal care at an affordable annual fee, with additional discounts on treatments.
Periodontal Plan — $650/year
Ideal for patients with gum disease or advanced periodontal care needs. Includes scaling and root planing (deep cleaning), 2 periodontal maintenance cleanings, 2 comprehensive dental exams, fluoride treatments, necessary 2D radiographs (X-rays), and a 20% discount on most treatments (implants and orthodontics receive a 10% discount).
Preventative Plan
For individuals and families seeking regular preventive care. First adult $350/year, additional adults $300/year, children under 18 $200/year. Includes 2 routine cleanings and a 20% discount on most treatments (implants and orthodontics receive a 10% discount).
Membership benefits
Significant savings with reduced rates on most treatments by paying upfront. No insurance hassles — no waiting periods, deductibles, or claim denials. Exclusive member discounts on a wide range of services, with flexible annual renewal for continuous coverage.
Important terms
Payment in full is required to qualify for discounts (excluding orthodontic payment plans). Financing through third-party providers incurs a 10% processing fee. Membership fees are non-refundable and expire 12 months from purchase. Membership plans are not dental insurance and are intended for use only at The Smile Bar.
Implant warranty
An implant warranty is available for members who maintain regular cleanings — twice per year — at our office. Some exclusions apply; ask our team for full details.
