Older couple laughing together — the confidence All-on-4 full-arch restoration restores

Life with teeth that don't move

Biting into an apple. Ordering the steak without thinking twice. Laughing without covering your mouth. Speaking without the quiet fear of a slip. That's the actual product here — the teeth are just how we get you there.

Fixed, not removable

Your new teeth stay in. No adhesives, no nightstand cup, no taking your smile out at night.

Strong bite

Implant-supported arches restore far more chewing force than traditional dentures resting on gums.

Designed for bone loss

Angled placement uses your strongest bone — many patients qualify even after years without teeth.

How Teeth-in-a-Day actually happens

  1. Free consultation with Dr. Arielle Forbes, DMD3D imaging, a frank conversation about your health and goals, and a personalized plan with an exact price. Much of the treatment's success is decided by the quality of this planning.
  2. Digital design before surgery dayYour new smile is designed on a precise digital model — shape, bite, and shade — with our in-house lab team involved from the start.
  3. Placement dayImplants are placed (sedation available), and for qualifying patients a fixed provisional arch is attached the same day. You walk out with teeth.
  4. Healing, with teethOver the following months the implants integrate with your bone while you live your life — eating carefully, smiling freely.
  5. Your final arch, crafted in-houseThe permanent restoration is milled and finished by our on-site lab technicians, refined chairside with the doctor until it's right.
Dental implants are medical devices that require a coordinated team — surgeon, restorative doctor, and lab. Here, that team shares one roof.

The in-house lab difference

Most offices ship full-arch cases to a distant lab and wait. At The Smile Bar, full-time technicians design, mill, and finish your teeth on-site — so adjustments take hours, not weeks, and the people crafting your smile can walk down the hall and look at it in your mouth.

All-on-4 questions, answered

What is the All-on-4 procedure?

All-on-4 (sometimes called “Teeth-in-a-Day”) replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth using four or more strategically placed implants that support a fixed bridge of new teeth. Because the implants are angled to use the strongest available bone, many patients qualify even after bone loss.

Do I really get teeth the same day?

Many patients receive a fixed provisional set of teeth on the day of implant placement — you don’t leave without teeth. After healing, the provisional is replaced with your final restoration, crafted in our in-house lab. Whether same-day teeth fit your case is confirmed at your consultation.

How is this different from dentures?

Traditional dentures rest on the gums, can slip while eating or speaking, and come out at night. All-on-4 teeth are fixed to implants: they stay in, bite with far more force, and are cared for like natural teeth — no adhesives, no soaking cup.

I have significant bone loss. Can this still work?

Often, yes — that is precisely what All-on-4 was developed for. The angled implant placement uses denser bone toward the front of the jaw, frequently avoiding the need for major grafting. Imaging at your free consultation gives you a real answer.

Why does having an in-house lab matter for full-arch work?

Full-arch teeth involve dozens of design decisions — bite, shape, shade, lip support. When the lab technicians work in the same office as the doctor, adjustments happen in hours instead of shipping cycles, and one team owns the result end to end.
